 | What is your specialty? What applied knowledge and methods do you use in your work? We support our customers in develop and optimize any kind of actual products (e.g. machines, cars, jets...) just using computer simulations. This approach is known as Computer Aided Engineering (CAE). The Finite Element Method (FEM) is the main tool which allows us to do this kind of job. |

| What role does creativity play in your work? Do you have leeway to develop innovative ideas? For us creativity is a key concept. When you think in optimize something you need to overcome some constraints and you will not get do it if you still thinking in the same way you always did. |
| What type of technology do you use to develop your work? Roughly speaking today we are working with major numerical methods in engineering. Of course, to apply this technology, last generation computers are essential. |
| Which is more important: meticulousness so as not to make mistakes or imagination to find innovative solutions? Now I would like to recall Einstein: "Imagination is more important than knowledge. For knowledge is limited, whereas imagination embraces the entire world, stimulating progress, giving birth to evolution. It is, strictly speaking, a real factor in scientific research". Just like him, we never have fear of get wrong. |
| Will you be one of the first to reserve a seat once space travel comes on the market? We will do more than this, we probably will work together to make this dream possible to anyone, offering we have of best in virtual development product and engineering fields. |
| What is your concept of elegance in solutions? When you get to do more with less. For example, when you INCREASE the stiffness/robustness of a design, DECREASING its mass/cost. |
| Aside from know-how, what qualities should an engineer have in order to be a successful professional? First of all, PASSION. Is the passion that drives the mankind to the progress. A good engineer, in my opinion, is one that loves which does. Passion leads to will and will leads to solution. |
| What advice do you give those who want to work in your field? One have to study hard, to learn the most that one can. And after that, he never can think that he knows enough. It is always time to learn something with someone. It is essential to deny the self-pride and cultivate humility. I also advise admire, respect and learn with nature. |
