Please list web addresses where one can see something about you.
In which market, products or services, are you currently working?
New product development; working with clients to create new services and products. We’re also conducting lots of customer surveys as B2B clients want to know what their customers really think!
How do you value the results obtained up to now?
Just completed a survey for a manufacturer and generated a 47% response rate! More importantly we’ve identified new product opportunities and areas that need attention.
What is a better way to communicate your product: emotional or rational?
Emotional. Get inside the head of the clients. Who are you selling to and what’s important to them?
What is the most surprising thing you have learned about digital marketing in the last few years?
Control has gone. Constant contact is in.
Traditional marketing was about retaining control, new marketing in the digital age gives consumers and customers a greater and often louder voice. If you’re not happy, you can shout about it and other people do read reviews, comments and blogs, as well as staying in touch via Twitter and other forms of constant contact.
It’s so important to genuinely look after your customers – if not, they will share the experience! Equally a positive experience can be shared and smaller micro brands are appearing, built on word of mouse.
Are you part of any professional networking sites? Has it served its purpose for you?
LinkedIn which brings me contacts and is a useful resource.
We use it to find and recommend suppliers.
