 | What is the business idea that you are working on right now? How did you come up with it? Well I am working on Game Development, Virtual Reality and Animation.
I was always been a programmer and Artist who wanted to do some good for his country.. so from that passion, I started my own venture called virtualinfocom |

| How did the entrepreneurial spirit rise up in you? Were you exposed to entrepreneurship in your family or your social environment when you were a child? Well, I thought to do good for my country is to be a employer who can make a firm and roll some fund in India .
My father gave me this passion inside me . |

| Describe your business plan as briefly and simply as possible. Our company comes as a breath of fresh air to our customers as being an entity that provides a host of different services such as Game Development, Simulation, Windows Phone Application, Mobile Applications , iphone applications , Android games, mobile gaming and ad promotion,Ad-commercials and Short films, Corporate Films, Animated Movies, Music Videos,Visual/Special Effects, Software Development, Webpage Designing and Management Solution Tools under one roof. We at Virtual Information and Communications have dedicated our professional lives to providing solution to all our customers’ needs, wants and desires. By making sure that we are always at the cutting edge of technology coupled with the perfect mix of imaginative and innovative efficiency, we create ground breaking solution so that we can provide our customers with the products and services of tomorrow.

| Do you have employees or people that you outsource tasks to? What do they do? Well we do have full time employees they do work on projects . |
| Entrepreneurs have a reputation as "control freaks." How do you avoid that? We compare ourselves because we have never understood ourselves and are not aware of who we are and what we have. It is also because society has conditioned us from our birth to evaluate ourselves based upon others. Nothing exists except in relationship.
Just see the nature: the rose plant and the mango tree grow in the same garden and prosper because they use all their energy for their own growth instead of using it to compare themselves with the other. |
| How do you balance work with relaxation? There is no difference between work and relaxation for me.. my work desk is my rest place, my table is my GOD |
| What is your main motivation: being your own boss, adventure and discovery, getting rich, doing good for others, or is there something else? All of them . :) |

| Describe two moments of maximum fear and maximum satisfaction that you have lived through in your business adventure. Fear:
Once a situation came that I couldn't been able to pay my co-workers for a month, so I used to go house to house to earn money by giving private tuition.
Satisfaction:
When I see smiles in faces of my students and employees .

There is nothing called luck, when you do something for passion luck will automatically follow |
| What do you do to maintain morale and continue persevering in low times? I do Yoga and I eat more :) |
| Which well known entrepreneurs/enterprises do you admire? Why? Steve Jobs
No reason, I do get lot of positive energy from him. |
| What other types of businesses are you frequently tempted by? Food .. as I love to cook |
| Are these times of crisis good for beginning a business? Time is not the factor if you know the Art of doing business. |
| How important have PR and social media been for you? Very effective |
| What skills would you advise a want-to-be-entrepreneur to acquire? Focus on chemistry of considerable energy, brainpower, determination and skills on creating a business that can actually succeed in the real world.

1.you can’t start your business until everyone else tells you it’s OK. If you feel like start on your own , let’s start .- Be a Leader
2.Have empathy with customers to convert their need to want.-You are the sales and marketing person of your firm.
3.Don’t chase the money , let the clients be happy , you will get what you are asking .- You are the PR of your small Firm.
4.Make a team having empathy and integrity with you as you are the Marketing Boss.
5.Bootstrappers don’t waste money, they make it . You are fund manager of your firm.
6.Bootstrappers are forced into unconventional thinking and try to make it happen – the creative head , the thinking man.
7. Bootstrappers dream high with firm steps but less galloping. You have an idea of Risk Management .
8. Believe on creating value than endeavor with solo motive to make money . – you are the CEO |
