I am tired frequently even though I exercise & sleep close to 8 hours a night. After going through sessions with chiropractic care. I feel refreshed with a renewed energy. I feel like my posture has improved, as well as my breathing. Chiropractic health has made a positive impact in my life, mentally, emotionally, & physically.

This is a testimony about what chiropractic has done for my life.

I first started getting into chiropractic about two years. Aron had introduced me to it. I went to a chiropractor by the name of Dr. Brian Biastoch introduced me to chiropractic and I found everything to be interesting but kind of overwhelming. I found him to be kind of pushy and aggressive at first but I went along with it anyway because I knew it would be good for me. At first when he performed the adjustments I found that it didn't really work at first and I was saying to myself why am I wasting my time and money on this. But I was told numerous times that a chiropractor doesn't treat symptoms, they treat the body as a whole and that it would take time for my body to see a difference, so continued going and about the 8th time I started noticing improvements. I had more energy and my breathing was a lot better. I started going 3 times a week. After a while it was getting really expensive and I couldn't afford it anymore and stopped going. About a week after that I noticed that my body started to deteriorate. I was hospitalized for asthma twice and every time they prescribed me medication which helped me in the short term but not for the long term. I would continue to have problems with my asthma until I moved to a less dusty environment. It so happens that my roommate Aron was a chiropractor in training and I went to him for an assessment. At first I started going 5 days a week. After 2 weeks I noticed some changes. My breathing was better and I had more energy. Then about 2 months later I reduced my visits down to 3 times a week. I noticed I needed less and less of my asthma medication. I started making a bigger effort to watch what I ate and making an effort to do more exercises. In my case, I was doing extra walking. I had an experience that I never had in my life. I was in my room one day watching TV and all of a sudden I started to get real emotional. To the point of crying. I couldn’t understand why and apparently I reached a breaking point in my chiropractic care. I continued the chiropractic care to this day and I am getting better. My spine is becoming more aligned and noticed I am more balanced when I am walking. This is something I would like to continue for the rest of my life.

Recession Relief Scholarship Winners Aron Airall

Congratulations to Aron Airall as the 3rd Quarter, 2008 Recession Relief Scholarship winner!

"Ty Cobb was considered one of the greatest baseball players in the history of the game. And they asked the baseball scout, they said 'It's true you know you passed up Ty Cobb? You didn't sign him up?' And he said,'That's true, I didn't sign him up.' He said, 'I did check him out.' He said, 'When I watched him he was a good baseball player.' He said, 'but he wasn't great. He didn't play fabulous and I passed him over.' And they said, 'Well what happened?' He said, 'Well three years went by.' Thanks Straightforward Media for your support! In health and wellness, Aron"
Do you have a website or blog? How was the process in making it? Does it accomplish the purpose for which it was created?
Want to thank Joyce Chan for volunteering to design our first website http://grumpybat.net/wdyfi/aron_files/index.html. We have a blog www.chiropractichealthassociates.blogspot.com that was designed to educate our clients and tell them the truth about chiropractic. Am in the process of finding someone that can design a website for us that is a client centered, service oriented chiropractic client education program.
How are you different from others in your professional sector?
After doing some research and seeking advice from other chiropractors felt that Palmer College of Chiropractic, Los Angeles College of Chiropractic, Parker College of Chiropractic, and Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College were the best fit. Ty Cobb was considered one of the greatest baseball players in the history of the game. He didn't play fabulous and I passed him over.' And they said, 'Well what happened?' He said, 'Well three years went by.' Was told to be a great chiropractor would need to find a school that had a reputation for a stronger technique and patient management skills than the graduates at the other chiropractic schools. After meeting Dr, Bob Hoffman and speaking to Dr. Robert Kleinwaks and Dr. Dennis Perriman the next logical step to take is to join the Master's Circle, attend the super conference in August and hire a chiropractor. Am unique in that am studying to become a chiropractor but running a student clinic in Toronto to pay for the Certified Chiropractic Sports Practitioner program at Southern California University of Health Sciences in Whittier, California. Funny huh? Am doing it in reverse! Have taken the old school route, volunteering as a chiropractic apprentice/assistant, studying chiropractic and working my way up to the top. Along the way fell in love with Diversified, Gonstead, Koren Specific Technique, Logan Basic, Network Spinal Analysis, and Thompson techniques. Through diversity of techniques am better able meet the needs of most people, make the greatest amount of change, and serve with the most amount of love. It allows me to practice with a loving intent on a range of people, from little tiny babies to little ladies. Personally, feel that all techniques are good or bad and all systems are good or bad. The question is when to apply which technique to whom. Just before graduating from the University of Toronto in 2006 started Chiropractic Health Associates from scratch, hit the ground running and haven't looked back ever since.
