MUSIC
What do you do? What is your musical specialty?
I play guitar, sing, and write songs.
Do you work alone or in a group? If in a group, who are the others you work with?
I work mostly alone. Sometimes in groups.

Not at the moment.
How did you begin making music? Who introduced you?
I started making music when I bought my first guitar. That was twenty years ago.
What was your musical education?
Watching other musicians. Trial and error.
When did you realise that making music could be a way of life for you?
I'm not sure that I have realized that yet.
What is your creative process?
Trial and error. I have many ideas and I try to record whatever ideas I have and then edit from there.
When do you have your most lucid moments, in the morning or night?
Night.
Have you ever awoken with a melody created from your dreams?
No.
How do you know when a song is finished or needs no more changes?
A song is rarely finished. If it's any good it always changes to some degree.
What part of your job is your least favourite?
The time that goes into trying to create.
How often do you practice?
I try to get in at least 4-5 hours a week.
How do you feel right before going out on stage?
Nervous.
Which musicians or groups have been inspiring to your career?
Wire. Mission of Burma. Sonic Youth. Saint Etienne. Any band or artist that manages to always take what they do to another level.

What type of music do you detest?
None.
What time did you get up this morning?
6:50-7:00 AM
What other things have you done to make a living?
Worked as a host at a restaurant. Worked at a photo place. Worked at a photo processing plant. Currently employed as a clerk at a law firm.
Have you ever played on the street or in the subway? How much did you collect each day?
On the street from time to time. I only collected about 5 bucks.
Who would you play with, without a doubt?
Someone with no fear.
What advice would you give to someone starting out in the business?
Just do it.
