I show clients everything, I have a full open house policy rather than trying to cover things up or lying.
I am a qualified journalist and therefore have full training on how to write for different mediums.

I was working in SEO and wanted to write - so I started with SEO optimised content and moved on to Online PR

Did this product exist ten years ago? And the brand?
It did exist but not to the extent it does now
What is the consumer or user like that you have to win over?
Internet Business. They change per client. Some know exactly what they want and how they want it and others dont have the first idea they just kow where they want to be
What is the key to gaining consumer fidelity?
Being open, honest and available to them whenever they need to check on progress or just have some questions.
How do you determine what consumers think and feel? Is something more than qualitative research necessary?
when it comes to speaking to the cusmtomer you can generally tell that they want more traffic which produces more sales and a higher turnover. Anything other than that and you probe them, ask them lots of open ended questions.
What type of communication are you utilizing?
Email and telephone - but also face to face meetings if needed
Who/what is your competition?
All other SEO companies in the UK are my competition. That is why I focus mainly on Online PR
How do you do your own personal branding? What do you recommend other professionals do to position themselves in the job market?
I use SEO and Online PR to advertise my brand. I also use social media. However, I contantly research and look for new ways to get my brand and clients brands in the limelight
