MODELING
 | When did you start modeling? What kind of jobs do you usually do? I started modelling when I was 19, my first shoot was for Page 3 of the Sun newspaper. I don't do much modelling any more, just the odd shoot for Pin-Up Wow and live shows on Glamour Stars Live. |

| What is the most characteristic work you've done in your career? I suppose people recognise Page 3 and Playboy the most but i've done some TV work and I was (apparently) used on a billboard in Japan for a cosmetics company. I never saw it so don't quote me on that! |
| What method did you follow to get the expression or the attitude that they were seeking? In my line of work I tend to just take my clothes off then people don't really notice the expression or attitude ;) |
| Are you recognized on the street? Is it annoying? Rarely. I sometimes get odd looks but no one would ever admit they recognised me because it means them admitting they look at naughty material on the internet. Someone once said to me "hey I recognise you from somewhere!" so I replied "I assume you masturbate quite a lot" and then their face dropped as they realised where they knew me from. |
| Do you pose nude? Yes, no, it depends? I have done a couple of shoots nude in the past but don't really do it anymore. I find photographers are much more likely to push their luck and try to get shots they shouldn't when you're nude. |
| Would you like to work behind the camera? Have you ever tried? Not really, i'm not sure i've got a good eye for pictures. I work on the business side of things but not sure i'll be trying photography. |
| Do you see the profession as a springboard to something else, or something lasting? Some models use it to get into presenting or acting, although lots use it to get into escorting :) For me it has got me into business, as I started a business in the glamour industry and will probably move into a different industry. |
| When you see the result, is it usually as you imagined? Sometimes, sometimes not. Surprises can be nice. |
| What do you think of anorexia? Do you think the fashion industry is responsible for this epidemic in some way? Im not sure it's as relevant in my line of modelling which is glamour, curves are much more appreciated. But yes there is immense pressure on all models to look a certain way and I see lots of girls go to extremes to try to match that ideal. |
| Name three male and female models whose work you admire. Sorry, I don't admire models - is that a terrible answer?! |
| What magazine do you dream of appearing on the cover of? The Economist ;) |
| What are your favorite clothes brands? I like Issa dresses and comfy clothes, I love my Rails shirts and Ugg boots. |
| What clothes are you wearing right now? Honestly, pyjama bottoms with monkeys on and a giant man's rugby jumper. |
| How do you stay in shape, physically and mentally? i don't get a lot of time but I try to do some trampolining, street dance classes, judo, all sorts really. Mentally I've let myself get out-of-shape, i'd like to be able to read more and eventually do a Phd. |
| What places have you traveled to for work? All over the place - all over Europe, the US, Asia. |
| Is it possible to do good work, but not like the product or project? Of course, this probably describes most people's jobs. |
| What's your secret to getting your day off to a good start? I'm not a good person to ask this as I probably get most of my days off to a bad start. Ideally i'd probably say getting some exercise and a good breakfast. |
| Do you have a special diet of some kind? No I should but I tend to eat whatever I want (which is a lot and mostly junk). So I guess my diet is 'special' in that it's gluttonous and self-indulgent. |
| What advice would you give to someone who is going to a casting call for the first time? Just relax and be yourself, you'd be surprised how far being nice can get you - it's not all about your looks. |
