 | For how long have you done photography? How did you begin? I have involved in photography, since 1998, when I started to study it in a college in Peru, but I have been involved in arts my whole life due to my father is sculptor.
I decided for photography because is a "quite fast" medium for expression. After college I start working for a national Newspaper and then for its weekly magazine. |
 | What has been your education as a photographer? I graduated from a college called Institute of Art and design Toulouse Lautrec in Peru. |

 | How do you choose your subjects? Now I am working in a new project that involves portraits of women and theirs bodies.
How do I choose them?, uhmn, first, I have to like them and they must have something let's call it unique for me. I hard to explain it. |
 | Which past masters of photography do you most admire? Well, I like a ot the work of Joel Peter Witkin and Jan Saudek, but they are still alive. then comes, Mapplethorpe, Helumt Newton, Avedon, Diane Arbus and Edward Weston. |
 | Do you consider yourself more technical or more artistic? Both are linked, I think you need some grade of technical ability to be able to put in a photograph what your have in your head.
So in that way I am always trying to learn more things and improve my technic. In the other hand I try to surprise to myself. |
