ACTING
How did you begin acting?
I first started acting thousands of years ago in ancient Rome, when I descended as Saturn the Black.
At what stage in your career did you realise that acting could be something you do professionally?
When I left my "family" home in French countryside to become a stage actor in Paris.

Please list the most important or defining jobs of your career.
I played the taskmaster who killed a Hebrew slave, in Mendel and Moses, and then I played Joshua for the remainder of the show, quite a few years back in Clearwater. The taskmaster was an acrobatic, whip-cracking soul singer, and Joshua sang as well.
Please list any famous performances that have helped you in reference to your evolution in acting.
I draw great inspiration from my own performances of Romeo, Hamlet, and Othello.

What type of psychological, physical, and emotional preparation do you do before a performance?
Deep breathing, listening, sitting meditation, standing meditation.
What is your criteria in determining which projects you select?
I only choose the roles that are right for me.
What type of communication do you normally establish with directors?
I give them the respect they deserve, and follow their suggestions -- to a degree.
What is the archetypal character in which you tend to be typecast?
The Great Actor Lestat de Lioncourt.
Has there been a role that has been especially difficult for you?
Superman.
Do you see yourself working in this field in twenty years?
But of course.
What do you do to kill time during waiting periods at casting calls?
Twiddle my thumbs for just a bit.
Are you continuing to educate yourself through acting classes, seminars, or other courses? Do you combine this with your normal job?
Nah. I just review lines and body language business in my head.
Is there any fetish role you haven't interpreted yet, but that you have in your head to do one day?
The Shadow.
Which director would you like to read this interview? What type of role would you like for him/her to offer you?
Director: Tim Burton, Role/Movie: Batman the trippy cartoon.
Have you ever thought of giving up on the profession? If yes, when and why?
Yes. When I got too frustrated with all the pressures in my life, that I quit acting class, but eventually just slowly continued in my own way, with the notion of never going out to a movie set, nor playhouse, but only getting involved in projects if they would let me animate/film my parts from a home studio.
One personal reason why to keep doing this work
Vendetta.
How do you feel when people recognise you on the street?
I smile, nod and/or wave, and continue walking unless they have a question to ask.
What advice would you give to someone just starting out in acting?
"Frustration is a pressure cooker."
MUSIC
What do you do? What is your musical specialty?
I'm a master musician.
Do you work alone or in a group? If in a group, who are the others you work with?
Mostly alone, but also long distance collab projects. You know, sending tracks around and different people add different tracks to the mix.

Attended school for jazz performance on guitar at FIU.
How did you begin making music? Who introduced you?
My father showed me how to read staff music and play piano at a young age.
When did you realise that making music could be a way of life for you?
When I started playing guitar and writing songs at age 12.
What is your creative process?
Depends.
When do you have your most lucid moments, in the morning or night?
Night.
Have you ever awoken with a melody created from your dreams?
Many times.
How do you know when a song is finished or needs no more changes?
Instinctively/Intuitively.
How do you feel right before going out on stage?
Tremendously happy.
Which musicians or groups have been inspiring to your career?
Many.

What type of music do you detest?
Plagiarised music.
What other things have you done to make a living?
Pizza Delivery, Packing and Shipping Clerk, Doorman at a Blues Bar, Storm Shutters Installation, Professional FTP work, etc.

Jessica Simpson.
What advice would you give to someone starting out in the business?
Practice at least 4 hours daily.
