Do you upload your work to the web? If so, where could we see it?
How is an idea born? For you, what is inspiration?
My ideas are usually born in a state of complete relaxation. Usually in a semi-unconscious state I get my best ideas. Sometimes ideas and inspirations come in dreams. I get some inspiration from everyday life situations, jazz music, vintage photos, the American South, etc.
What role does technology play in your creative process?
Technology is extremely important in my artwork in order to keep up with all of the advances in our society.
When and how did you begin to see yourself as an artist?
When I received a contract from a major American art publisher and a advance.
What do you think about public funding for the arts?
Competitive and sometimes lacking integrity. It's all about who you know.
Do you personally collect any items?
Art & tons of pages with art ideas
