What types of coaching do you do? Who are your clients?
I coach professionals that want to achieve true success. Wealth, health and happiness. The typical client is an idealist that works in a job that does not fulfill their heart's desires. These professionals want more confidence, more fun and greater fulfillment. I bring them true success.
Can you provide a link to a site where we can get to know more about you, the type of work you do and/or the place where you do it?
How did you get into coaching?
I decided that I wasn't getting the satisfaction out of my career that I wanted. And that I could do more and be more by helping others reach their potential as I reach my own. I am also a teacher, speaker, and consultant. Coaching is a way to help others reach their dreams and that is exciting!
Do you have innate qualities, or is it something that you learned?
Both. I have learned to be a better listener and to be in harmony with Universal Law--to be really "present" so that I can help others accomplish what they want in their lives. I have an innate ability to see the intricacies of a people matters and am strongly connected to my intuition which guides my coaching.
Can you describe briefly the technique or methodology you use?
Yes, I use Mary Morrissey's Dream Builder, Working with the Law, and Into Your Genius. I use positivity and a person's gifts to guide them to be all that they can be. I then take them deeper by developing their understanding of how the Universe works and how their mental capabilities connect them into their who they really are... for true success in their careers and their lives.
When the coach is confused or lost, where does he/she find a guide?
Simple. It's called Masterminding. I have support system through Mary Morrissey and the other Life Mastery Consultants. It is extremely important for a coach and each person to have others that can help them grow into a higher level of consciousness and ultimately grow into your potential.
What must the person you are helping contribute?
A decision to grow and commitment to the change that they desire. This does not mean that they always get it right but that they are committed to do what it takes to move beyond the fear and achieve their goals.
What motivates someone to work more efficiently?
A person's dreams provides the motivation to work efficiently toward their goals. Each step is a milestone to the career and live of their dreams. A good coach helps the individual acknowledge successes along the way to sustain momentum forward.
How do you work on the emotional plane?
I help others recognize the emotions of hope, love, faith, gratitude and happiness as being in harmony with God and Universal Law. And, I similarly help others to see fear, doubt, worry, anger, etc. as being out of harmony. These signals on the emotional plane help me and my clients to read the signals for choosing a healthier response to move forward toward their goals.
Can positive thinking can be developed into a habit?
Absolutely! We are spiritual beings having a human or physical experience. Positive thinking represents our spiritual sides and shows up in the positive emotions of love, hope, faith, happiness, gratitude, etc. The habit develops through persistence and a understanding that how we think is under our control. This is why focusing on our dreams is the most efficient way to achieve our goals. i.e., instead of dealing with our negative emotions... put ourselves on the positive plane and learn to fly!
How does one learn to listen?
I believe listening skills come through being confident in who you are. Worry, doubt, fear distract us and make it difficult to stay present in the now, which is required to be a good listener. Once one develops confidence in who they are, they can begin to accept others for who they are... and listening comes.
