DoshaCare is a vehicle to discovery authentic radiance in your skin. Inspired by a holistic tradition of medicine call Ayurveda, DoshaCare teaches the importance of taking care of yourself from the inside out to optimize your immune system, which is reflected in radiant skin.

What is your definition of health, and of a healthy life?
Health is not the abscense of disease-it is Vibrant Health. Humans are made of the elements of nature. Earth, wind, fire, water and space are in us and all around us. We are vessels that take in the elements and give them back out. When we are in balance, we move through and digest these elements in a natural flow. When we are out of balance we develop blockages that prevents the elements from either coming in or releasing. This blockage results in symptoms of disease. As we become more aware of how to flow, we strengthen our immune system and experience Vibrant Health.
What are some basic rules for those who want to live to be 100.
Ritual - Change the perpective of your health care from a "have to" into a ritual of honor for the most precious resource you have; you. Find rituals that allow you to show gratitude and love in many areas of your life.
Routine - Develop a consisent pattern of going to bed and waking up each day to optimize the way the body functions. Create routine around when and what you consumer and how you take care of your body.
Self Massage - Give your body a dry massage every day before you bath/shower or after on wet skin with oil. This turns on your circulation and supports the release of impurities from the body.
Mediaition - 5-30 minutes every morning and night is the pathway to experience deep restorative nightly sleep which is the most important activity to live a long and healthy life.
Daily Exercise - Find physical activities that you love and do something everyday. Improve your flexibility and build strength.
Vibrant Foods - Eat foods that are as close to the sources and as close to thier original form as possible. Locally grown organic foods is preferred and canned and packaged foods should be avoided.
Hydration - Drink and eat water based beverages and drinks all day long. All liquids are good and ones that are as clear as possible and free of sugar are best serve your body.
Affirmations - Your are the stories that you tell yourself between your ears. You have the choice to write the script to your life-really! Use this power to write a script that allows you to live your very best life.
