| What is happiness, and the main obstacle to reaching it? Happiness is a here and now view of the beauty and perfection of life! Fear and worry are two of the biggest obstacles because they never let you be in the here and now.
4) I always remember that I have everything I need to enjoy my here

and expectations based on the dead past or the imagined future.
