As machines for development, what opinion do Macs deserve?
They are awesome for development.
If you need to test multiple platforms (web dev for example), the mac is the best machine for it as you can use Bootcamp/Virtualbox/VMware to test on other os'es
What are the most recent changes being carried out in your business, and why?
I'm constantly working to improve the look and feel of my blog. I recently updated my blog to have a better look and feel and so it was easier to navigate.
I'm also always working to provide the most valuable content I can to my readers. I'm in the process of developing a budget bootcamp http://thejennypincher.com/budget-bootcampcoming/ which will be a 16 week intense online personal finance course. Since I work alone, I can't get things done quite as fast as I want, but I'm working as quickly as I can!
In which market, products or services, are you currently working?

What is your specialty? What does your work consist of?
I am a BCRPA certified Personal Trainer, Group Fitness Leader, Body Training Systems Group Power & Group Centergy Instructor as well as owner and founder of Bodies4Life Training.
I hold boot camps that challenge my participants with full bodied functional exercises.
My group fitness classes are contracted through private gyms and cover weight training, yoga/pilates, cardio kickboxing and Core conditioning.
I save all the best for my private training clients...dishing out TRX suspension exercises, bodyweighted exercises, crossfit inspired movements, nutrition guidance & tips, and so much more.
Can you describe briefly the technique or methodology you use?
At core of it, it is a pioneering 4 week course that works on establishing better social habits. We are the ones that created the 4 week transformative class format that others have copied across the country. What they do not offer an is online component that is integral to each student's progress. Our course is an intimate class of maximum of 3 students per instructor.
Gimmicky bootcamps that charge thousands of dollars are designed to take your money and run. At Professional Pickup, we have begun to lead the change in the industry by establishing proper instruction for life changing process.
Most of our students have done the bootcamps, read "The Game", watched endless hours of videos and gone to "lairs" to learn how to pickup women. We are the guys they all turn when they are done with the gimmicks, the silly NLP phrases, tired routines and cliche lines.
We are the one they turn to when they are ready to truly change their personal lives.
What is your sport, and what level of commitment do you have to it?
I am a retired Professional Bodybuilder with the International Federation of Bodybuilders. From 1983 - 1996, I trained 5-6 days a week, with weights, adhered to a strict bodybuilder diet, most of the time, and added cardio vascular exercise to my routine as the competitive season approached. Today, I train 3 times a week with weights, take a Yoga Class once a week and run a mile on Wednesdays when I teach Boot Camp.
I am very committed to the Wellness Lifestyle, however, since I am a retired Pro Athlete, my level of activity is not as high as it once was.
How often do you post? Does regular posting of your blog require a lot of effort on your part?
I post to Meditations In the Word regularly - about 1-2 times per week. It depends on my workload and creativity level. Because I aspire to be a writer, I view blogging as my "boot camp" and treat it seriously. The discipline and lessons learned through regular blogging will be invaluable to me throughout my career.
Writing, recording, and producing a daily podcast is a completely different dynamic which requires a lot of disciplne and effort. I wouldn't recommend it casually to anyone just starting out unless they can devote many hours of old-fashioned hard work to produce a quality product.

What has been your professional career path?
In 2001 I formed Pite Creative as a boutique corporate communications firm specializing in the creation of annual reports, websites and collateral materials for public companies. We also produce investor presentations, conference booth displays, company brochures, newsletters, ads and corporate branding for clientele including non-profit organizations and emerging businesses.
Pite Creative consists of myself as its owner & creative director and a flex staff of nomad creative and on-site admin.
My bio includes graduating in art from the University of Colorado in the late seventies and then moving to New York City where I became a corporate & travel photographer. This was at a time when companies were still sending shooters around the world which I parlayed into extensive travel assignments working for the New York Times, Forbes Magazine, Connoisseur Magazine and the Jamaican Tourist Board. One of my assignments, a book project called The Day in the Life of Japan in 1985, brought me face-to-face with one of the first Macs - and it was love at first site.
After some extensive time shooting in the Far East, I returned to New York and started submitting my agency photo assignments with layout and design. My first brochures for GM, AT&T, Mannie Hannie and the Depository Trust Company established me as a graphic designer. I gradually shifted away from travel photography and into studio design until finally landing a job as a design director at a New York ad agency. There I implemented ad campaigns for Fortune 500 companies including IBM, Motorola, Pfizer, Merck, Microsoft and Citibank.
In the early nineties I was hired as a creative director at an investor relations agency in Colorado and seized the moment to move back. Since then I've created hundreds of annual reports, websites and collateral materials for public companies across the country - many winning national and international awards. I've been President of the Art Directors Club of Denver, on the board of Design Coalition/USA and a member of AIGA. And I've been a lecturer, consultant and judge at universities, conferences and competitions.
