In which tasks are you good at, and in which could you better yourself?
I have excellent skills with Adobe software such as Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and Acrobat. My skills are also excellent with Microsoft software such as Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and Access. I also have excellent skills with databases such as FileMaker Pro and the state of Washington's community college Student Management System. I also have excellent skills with department planning and management, organization, training and supervision. My phone skills are very good, but I want to improve still more.
Please provide a brief description of the hardware and software you currently use most.

Google's Picasa (image management)
In your opinion, which company helps software developers the most?
Excuse me while I put on my Kevalr vest but, Microsoft. They ahve created a common platform that has widespread acceptance, they have programs that ensure that students have access to teh best tools and platofrms, legally, and they have freebie versions for the hobbists. I like the other platforms and options that are there, but Microsoft takes the gold on this.
With which technologies do you normally work?
At the university level, most online course development is handled by a few delivery platforms. I specialize in Blackboard's WebCT Vista Academic Enterprise System, which means I handcode my designs offline and then massage the HTML files back inside the limits of a quirky and arbritrary user interface.
To work remotely, I sing along with Dreamweaver, and drop in bits of Perl, PHP, HTML, CSS, MySQL and JavaScript.
As a librarian, I speak DIALOG, OCLC, Lexis/Nexis, and ABI/Inform.
As an all-purpose design geek, I also use FrameMaker, Photoshop, Illustrator, Paint Shop Pro, Quark Express, Adobe Acrobat, Visio, Captivate and the ubiquitous Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, FrontPage, Outlook)
Describe your current equipment: cameras, lenses, computers, accessories...
Canon D20, Olympus SP500-UZ (about to upgrade) and an Olympus Camedia C700-UZ. I have some accessories -- tripod, a few filters -- nothing much really. My computer is my next best friend when it comes to photography. I couldn't be without Photoshop and an old Microsoft Program, Photodraw 2000. I find no need to complicate my life. Everything I do, I do with simplicity in mind. I strongly adhere to the KISS principle, and that goes for my photography as well.
