Writing has been and continues to be personal therapy for me. Definitely! When I am experiencing conflict with a loved one, I will often write about it. Something about that process provides me with much needed space and the ability to see things from another perspective. It also allows me to detach and distance myself from the emotional unhappiness... to see it and feel it from a broader, wider viewpoint. To write until something shifts internally and once again, I am feeling totally connected with Source again.
