Positive thinking can be achieved through deliberate practise initially. Positive thinking is the opposite of negative thinking. When you have a negative thought, think the opposite of that thought. Channeling into positive thoughts are easy via great memories, laughter, photo's music; it all helps to create the vibrations which spurts positive thought. I encourage my clients to keep a thought journal and often we reflect on how positive thoughts of last week has generated a postive event in the next week. Developing this habit is life transforming so yes, definitely.
