Inspiration is when I take a base Idea and twist its visual language to make a statement. would never paint a blues-guitarist.. I would need to incorporate a 1930's shack behind him. With withered trees and a menacing black crow on the neck of the guitar, and have a gun in the blues-man's thoughts. Inspiration is bringing all of the right visual elements into a greater whole.
