How do you avoid repeating yourself, or falling into formula? How do you stay fresh?

Choosing, and knowing that it is the mind that repeats itself because it is the mind that uses formulas, and recreates past things; consciousness, intuition and love is free of formulas and always seeking for new things and new ways and when I am in conection with that part of me while Î am creating there are just no repeats. And I automatically know when I am starting to fall in repeating because it has this feeling of boredom to it. The fun and excitement starts to slip away. It is so easy and simple creating new things when you go beyond your mind, that you wouldn´t even believe it.
