If I had to advise someone to buy a particular brand I'd tell them to go to a shop and try each one and buy whatever feels the most comfortable in their hands. I don't care that one particular model produces an image that, when blown up to 500%, has a vanishingly small amount less noise at ISO800 when shooting a test card in low light. Who cares? If there's a button on that model you keep hitting because of the way you like to hold that camera then it;s a complete waste of time. Buy the model that you can make become an extension of yourself. End of.
