No, it doesn’t. For me, it is not about the money and in any case, money isn't everything. Money can't buy the gratification I derive from having the blog or the joy of knowing that it is out there and it is free for anyone seeking work, promotion or a better career opportunity to use. It is absolutely rewarding to see the comments and read the e-mails that I receive. Everything on my blog is free; there are no ads, just pure career advice and tips. I set out for it to be set up that way.
Yes, one can make a living from posting - there are several bloggers already doing this.
