I spent 20 years in the high tech industry managing semiconductor distribution units with full P/L responsibilities. The industry was very robust in the 80's and 90's, but got very difficult during the telecomm recession of early 2000's. My last position was VP running a niche fiber optic and rf microwave business.

I made a career switch to the mortgage business in 2003 and it's been a good move for me personally and my family.
