I'd love it if Madhur Jaffrey prepared a meal for me. She is so knowledgeable and so passionate about Indian cuisine! Indian food has always been a favourite of mine, but the wide range of flavours spices (and combinations thereof) can be a little intimidating! Not to mention the regional styles! It would be nice to be guided through the process by an expert!
