The biggest hurdle is getting past the technology. Because most of my clients were born way before not only the internet, but home computers were a reality, they are not always as tech savvy as the younger generation. Accordingly they don't always get how to do even simple tasks beyond opening their email and reading it without someone to show them how. I try to show them that it doesn't have to be an obstacle. I will work with them every step of the way to help them get it and make it work for them.
