I think my motivation is a bit of all the ideas listed. i like working for someone but being my own boss would give me the freedom to build a company the way i know it will succeed, from all my previous jobs i feel like i can put a great work environment together. getting rich is a good thing, i mean it is never a bad thing! but having financial stability certainly would have its benefits.
