I think it's the problem of many artists. It's always been hard to me to tell myself "okay, this song is done", chiefly because each song is a piece of me, of my life, maybe a specific event, then it's just hard to tell yourself "okay, the song is done, I have to turn the page about that piece of life".
Unfortunately, when you're under a label, you cannot do everything you would like to. You have limits, and sooner or later you have to take the project till its finish line.
