For me it is simply about honesty and integrity. If you maintain those fundamental standards, people quickly recognize it and they will want to work with you or buy from you because they know they can trust you. Treat people they way you expect to be treated and be prepared to go the extra mile. A bit cliched maybe but true none the less.
