When I accept a job the most important element is having creative liberty to deliver the best possible product or outcome. Achieving this brings a level of visibility and at the end of it all where possible its nice to be paid BUT money is not always a determining factor in whether I will do something or not who benefits and the impact it will have is always the starting point in considering a job.
