Started at local public radio station in the U.S. working in development, promotion and production. Became independent radio producer and host, exclusively contracted to NPR. Worked freelance for BBC Radio Scotland over 10-year period. Expanded into various digital platforms via the web and NPR Music. Still contracted to NPR for weekly radio shows and digital content from my Scottish base.
