In my personal opinion, yes and no. Those retouching tools can be great if you are shooting a wedding or graduation or a party, something where people are expecting you to take those professional pictures where there's no mistakes. On the other hand, when you're out shooting landscapes and things, it's those imperfections that make your pictures perfect.
