Not quite sure what you mean by spirituality. This means different things to different people. I know that everything in existence has its own spirit, and the way I work is for my individual spirit to reach out and connect with other spirits.
For me, Spirituality comes from within, whereas a religion is based around belief in an outer deity. Both of these have a faith that belief can bring about change. So I guess the answer is yes!
