Finnish, English and Portuguese. It's always been a mixture of studying myself and taking some classes to help with stuff that's hard to get right by yourself. I think the most important aspect to learning any language is motivation. You have to be very motivated, because it's a big effort. It's not difficult, children can do it. But it takes a huge effort, so if your heart is not in it, if something isn't driving you to keep plucking away at it, it's very hard to succeed.
