I run Blink Design Studios Ltd - a small boutique marketing and design agency based in London, UK.

I decided to run a design company because I live and breathe design. Self taught on the job and with a passion to always be learning more it made sense to build a business around what I knew and did well as well as what I enjoyed.

Blink evolved from Bubblegumkitten which in turn evolved from working for other design agencies fulltime. After over 5 years working for other agencies I started to freelance in my spare time. I then became a fulltime freelancer using my teenage web handle Bubblegumkitten, simply because I already owned the domain and had a logo... note to self, always choose a sensible name... Although memorable the name was somewhat limiting. So, after a year and half as a sole trader I decided to take the plunge and become a company director!

The company became Blink Design Studios Ltd and has been running ever since. Something which allowed me to continue my current work but also remind me every day of my goal. I gave myself a name to live up to. And so far things have been great with a growing pool of freelancers used as and when needed and amitions still growing as fast as Blink's client list!
