Free Will is the ability to choose at all levels in all ways.

Destiny is the path or paths you tend to align with based on past choices throughout your soul history and other support systems and interference that influence your choice.

Fate is like destiny only from very strong influences that mean you won't miss these connections and experiences.

Karma describes the experiences you have in life based on your soul damage and human energy system damage caused from trauma through out your soul history and this life. Where the different instances of damage are either massive or repetitive, you will experience karma - the same kind of experiences in this life.
