Do you believe you have already found "your voice" or is that something one is always searching for?

I didn't see this question ... I wish I had before I wrote about my characters. My voice is not important, it is my character's voice which needs to shine through. Every manuscript or short story or novella I have written is in a very different style because those characters I trust to tell the story are all very different "people". I would be elated if you were to read my work and not find one trace of me in those words. That is my ultimate goal.
