I write on the computer and when I finish a chapter I print out that chapter and do a line by line edit on paper. Then I go back to the computer and make the corrections. Once that is done, I read the chapter outloud into a tape recorder and play it back to listen for the flow. Also, using a recorder helps when writing dialogue because you can hear when it sounds fake or wrong.
