I love John Grisham. He can weave a story around characters that not only sound believable, but have the ability to throw you deep into their soul. You either fall in love with his characters or you hate them to the very core. I also admire Barbara Taylor Bradford. She can take any character and weave a great story that often goes on and on. You see the story unfold through her character's eyes, and often she digs deep into generations of family with many layers to unravel. V.C. Andrews is another favorite. Her series are spellbinding and feel incredibly real. |
