Review them with as objective an eye as you can bring to it. If the story is actually pretty good, try to do something with it - publish it, share it, whatever. If the idea is good but the writing (ie its execution) makes you cringe, consider reworking it. If both the idea and the writing make you wish you could claim your evil twin wrote it, burn it!
