Vegetarian, plant based diet, mostly I eat vegetables, fruits, nuts and some dairy yogurt, I love Mediterranean cuisine.
Special diet Hell no! my diet is eat what you want but go harder in the gym.. I love to eat, chocolate, cheese and ice cream are my weaknesses.

I try to avoid red meats, anything processed, and anything hormone injected. And drink as much water as possible to balance out the wine haha.
