Our prices are so low and services are so good this never really becomes an issue... except with our other customers who would prefer we didn't sell to the public at these prices.

Good negotiations are a result of good relationships where trust and respect are mutual.
Negotiation is the only way to successfully win new business these days. I am very versatile and I find agreeable ground for all parties involved.
