What types of clients do you have? How are they different from each other?
Autopartstomorrow.com has been called a disruptive force in the auto parts industry because we sell to all levels of consumers instead of staying in our traditional role as warehouse distributor. Our original designation was as a local warehouse where GM and Ford dealerships could buy their original equipment ACDelco and Motorcraft parts at a lower price and get quicker delivery than if they waited to get them from the regional manufacturers warehouses.
We now sell to dealerships, jobber stores, parts stores, garages and mechanics, and finally to the retail public... but only at wholesale pricing for everyone.
Small and Medioum sized companies, Large multi-nationals and Charities.
Although they are very different they have similar challenges around people development!!
I deal with both integrators and end users for access control and I cover a multi-state territory so I deal with hundreds of different people groups and personalities on a weekly basis.
