It's hard to tell. I would like to believe I'm more artistic and I'm still developing my "eye". :) I really enjoy retouching though! :)
I am a good mix of both. I know the technical part of photography VERY well, including the zone system. I also have a bit of creativity and with the two I think I do all right.
