What is your team of habitual collaborators like?
Just me, my wife and on occasions our niece.
Despite the fact that i have a few photo buddies, I generally prefer to work alone.
for portraiture, beauty, glamour and fashion I utilize an mua, hair stylist, occasionally a wardrobe stylist, and a lighting assistant. Everything else I shoot would depend upon the scope of the concept.
I use few collaborators except the occasional make up artist and the odd bit of assistance. Intelligent pro-active people with common sense and a positive attitude are the best people to have around. With such people any shortcomings in experience or expertise suddenly seem a little less short.
I'm the luckiest guy on the planet since for the last 19 years I'm had the pleasure and privilege to work with my lovely and talented wife Fazia who makes every shoot better and makes me appear much brighter than I am.
