What software and plug-ins do you use to retouch and manage your photos?
well i use photoshop cs4, lightroom and iphoto.
i use a dell laptop and as for as software its windows7 picture purfet
For the most part I use Picasa for management and upload. But, I mainly use Lightroom for all my basic retouching.

Adobe Photoshop CS4 and Lightroom, most of the times.
The only software I use is Adobe Photoshop. I try not to use any other programs or plug-ins. The tools and adjustments in the program are perfect for white balance, levels and dodge/burn area.

I LOVE lightroom 3, and then I have Adobe Photoshop CS4
Adobe Photoshop CS5 and a Wacom Bamboo graphics tablet.
I use Photoshop Elements 5.0 with several plugins. But I love Topaz plugins the most!
I'm a Windows user, with Adobe LightRoom 3 as my main image manager, with Paint Shop Pro X3 for additional editing. I've been using PSP since my early days when PhotoShop was far above my budget.
