How do you choose your subjects?
Well basically i chose someone whose good looking and also something whose different.
don't choose the subject choose me
knowing what's going on
Commercially I am chosen because of my years of experience and extensive technical skill, I am found through my website http://www.photographersworkshop.co.uk/
I spend a lot of time on the internet, therefore it's there I usually look for inspiration.
I think that most of the time they choose me.
its just not about just choosing the subject... this is how i see the world
Emotion, Composition or contracted so no choices.
Model Mayhem has been an amazing help for me, and from that I have connected with a ton of people on facebook.
I choose people based on if I think I can connect with them or they have features that I love.
With people, it tends to be people who seek me out. With other subjects, it's whatever catches my eye.
Wildlife lets me choose them depending on their mood and my luck in being at the right place at the right time. I often observe the creatures in and around my garden closely before I venture out with my camera.
Nature chooses for me, I don't go out with a set idea of what I hope to find.
Based on how well i can incorporate them to tell my story, colours, clothes, and environment.
I always have camera with myself. I never sit and think "what else can I take a picture of?". It always comes suddenly.
I seem to specialize in Nomadic lifestyle both home and abroad |
