At what stage in your career did you realise that acting could be something you do professionally?
Well I start like a profesional, I dont think there are diference by the actor. Alwais when you are on a stage you are a profesional.
I knew it since I was 5 years old
In acting 101 when I was up in font of everyone and loved being there.
In a way I've always known. There was nothing in my head doubting what I could do. With time and effort, one can accomplish anything.
I am starting to realize that now. Over the last 2 to 3 years I've been cast in bigger, better roles in everything from DVD releases to Hollywood films.
Since the very beginning. There's never been a doubt in my mind that this is what makes me happiest and is I want to do with my life.
When I have watched an audience watch my stuff.
It was my Sophomore year of high school when I was Smee in our Peter Pan musical. The level of dedication I gave to the role and how well I moved the audience began my belief that acting is something I was meant to do and can do well.
yes.. but other people does not proffessonal
I got a degree (BFA in Acting) from Depaul University's Theatre School in Chicago.
the third show i did Missoulas childrens theatre the little mermaid
I realized that it could be something professional when in high school I was asked "what do you want to do for a living?", I then researched and discovered many acting schools around Australia, and I thought it would be an amazing career to do professionally.
After two years of taking acting courses and performing in several theater productions, I still had a hunger to perform and quickly found myself at a crossroads. Do I drop everything and pursue this professionally or chalk it up to a hobby? If I decide to pursue this professionally then I want to star in film and television. I always told myself that if I ever had professional headshots taken then I was going for it...and I did. I had some photos taken and landed my first professional gig in Ventura California performing in a music video for the band 'Spoken.'
At the time of 12th standard.
When I booked my first commercial for rice krispies and the amount of fun I had. Got my check and was able to still go over to my cousins house after and play lol. As long as I was able to still do all the normal things other kids got to do I was fine. |
