|Do you work alone or in a team? Which do you prefer?
I'm used to doing both and I have no preference.
I do both. For a lot of my school projects I have been working on my own thus far, and at work I typically work in a team. To me it makes no real difference whether I work alone or in a team, so long as the team I'm working with is good at what they do.
both, team work is great only if you have the right team!
Wir arbeiten hier im Team was ich sehr mag.
I have worked remotely for both my last two jobs. I like working in a team or on my own. I am usually in constant contact with the developers I work with.
A team with 3 other developers. I prefer working with a team. It's awesome having people to bounce ideas with.
I do tend to experiment alone, though.
I work with a team. We all work remotely but are constantly connected using Skype and group chat every day.
In a team. I prefer teamwork, you bounce your ideas off others and can get input, so often the end result is better and its certainly better understood.
Definitely in a team. But really only with kid-coders. Ie. people who started very young. Other people are too cautious and delicate. They lack the daring-do.
Sincerely I prefer to work alone, but it doesn't work for me anymore so it is a team work now
I do a bit of both, ans enjoy the pluses of both really :D
I like to write my own code, but with asking some tips from other. Working with others teammate on the same project is something which can be slighty hard because of the different ways to write code
For a small project, I'd prefer to do it on my own.
For a larger project, I'd prefer to break it up in to smaller projects and have each team member work on their parts independently.
That being said, there's tremendous use in collaboration ("hey, I have this problem and I'm solving it with this algorithm. Can you think of a way to improve it?")
