Do you work alone or in a team? Which do you prefer?
It depends
Both. I like both under different scenarios.
I prefer to work alone, but for code review and social contacts i really need a team.
I love to work in Pair.
Im a big fan of pair programming.
3 people in a team could be ok.

I can work alone. I'm more efficient working with someone I get along with.
But I can be efficient working alone since I like freedom.

Most of time in a team, it's easier when you can collaborate, share ideas, help and get help with complex problems.
I work mostly alone. I enjoy both, but being on a team allows you to get a lot more accomplished... as long as everyone is a team player.
