It's easy to get a little too into the machine. Focusing on the problems without constantly looking at the screen helps. I try to look away from my monitor periodically. Write in my notebook. Take a walk. Meditate.

Put things in perspective, stay calm by meditating and appreciating the beauty of life.
Meditate... hypnotherapy... self hypnosis... walking.. being with friends and relax
Not well.....I tend to dwell on the problem that caused the stress--if it is really a stressful problem.

I sing, I read, I ski, I spend time with my wife and my children, I write. I have a full life. I rarely feel "stressed."
Take deep Brest, take minutes rest and try to talk to person you believe.
find some quiet time
I channel it into my work.
I blog, take pictures, read, walk, watch movies, listen to music, visit an art gallery or museum, or talk with close friends. Whatever is going to help calm me and help me find my focus...
