It's not really a motto but a phrase I use Dip'n'Dots it works for me

Yes, the U.S. Constitution. Freedom tempered with a strong national defense & the protection of individual rights.
Listen to your heart and use your brain to decide.

Base your thoughts on good will, for there's no better than having a clean Conscious.
In the moments of confusion i ask myself, "What would God Do"....
